2007 Pinot Gris (0) 750ml
SALE!! Gris indeed! Three days of cold soaking the juice and the grape skins together in order to extract the maximum amount of structure and flavour also pulled out some of the grape's natural colour. They wanted us to call it a rose, but it just didn't seem right. This is a richly structured and textured wine perfect on its own or with light meats and cheese.
