ROSE
2008 Syrah Rose VQA (1)
Gorgeous aromas of pink grapefruit and black pepper leap from the glass! The grapes were allowed to cold soak for thirty-six hours, gently pressed and then fermented at cool temperatures. All of the racy, fruit forward attributes of the grapes were maintained and allowed to show through. A slightly off dry wine perfectly paired with salmon or ham. Serve chilled.
REDS
2006 Cabernet Sauvignon VQA (0)
A beautifully vibrant Cabernet Sauvignon full of ripe cherry and raspberry fruit aromas gently kissed by French Oak. A well balanced wine with a soft tannin finish. Enjoy with red meats, cheese or on its own.
2007 Pinot Noir Reserve VQA (0) ~ SILVER AT ACWC!!!
Pinot doesn't have to be thin and anemic you know. Here is a richly textured and weighty Pinot grown at a much reduced yield from heavy clay soils exuding aromas of red berries, cedar and earthiness without being overtly weird. Enjoy with roasted meats as well as with mushroom and cheese based dishes.
2008 Niagara Series Pinot Noir
Aromatic, with a long finish. Tastes of strawberries and cherries. Enjoy with fish, duck and cheeses.
2007 Cabernet Sauvignon VQA (0)
Ruby Red in color and medium bodied this wine has aromas of toast and black currants with flavors of dark chocolate and field berries. This wine would go well with grilled meats, ribs and roast beef.
2007 Syrah Reserve VQA (0) ~ SILVER AT CUVEE!!!
Wow!! Aromas of black pepper and rosemary leap from the glass. The grapes for this wine were meticulously selected from the vineyard and chosen for their small intensely flavored berries, this wine will reward years of aging. Enjoy with roasted meats of our choice – especially Lamb.
2007 QUINTET VQA (0) ~ GOLD AT ACWC!!!
Quintet in a blend of five classic grape varieties from the wonderful 2007 vintage: Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Pinot Noir, and Gewurztraminer. Each contributes something unique to the wine. Enjoy by it self or with richly flavored meats and cheeses.
2007 Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve VQA (0)
A lovely proportioned wine with aromas of black raspberries and cedar, all encompassed in a finely woven structure. Enjoy with roasted or barbequed meats or with fine cheeses.
2007 Cab Sauv – Merlot VQA (0)
A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot with flavors and aromas of blackberry, sweet wood, toast and a touch of leather. Enjoy with roasted meats of your choice and cheeses.
2007 Merlot Reserve (0) VQA ~ BRONZE AT ACWC!!!
Dark and rich in colour, with aromas of cedar, chocolate, dark raspberries and a touch of cassis, this is a wine well suited to beef roasts, stews, roasted or grilled chicken. Paired with 70% dark chocolate enhances not only the flavours of the wine, but the chocolate as well.
This pairing of flavours is a decadent finish to any meal, or by itself.
