Stonechurch Recipe of the Month

1 200ml 2004 Stonechurch Vidal Icewine

6 1oz chocolate cuplets

6 raspberries

Melted chocolate or syrup

Vanilla ice-cream

Put a raspberry in each cup and cover berry with Icewine, leaving top exposed.

Drizzle a layer of chocolate over berry.

Top with Icewine then a spoon of ice-cream.
